Hawk Mountain Sanctuary - Summer Nature Camps

Kempton, PA

Nature-focused day camps at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, offering outdoor exploration, wildlife education, and hands-on

▌ Editor's read Hawk Mountain Sanctuary offers Summer Nature Camps for various age groups, from 'Little Fledglings' (ages 4-5) to 'Junior Naturalists' (ages 12-14), as evidenced by the camp descriptions on their website. The camps are day programs, running from 9 AM to 3 PM, with an option for extended care. The organization is a non-profit, as indicated by their 'About Us' section, which describes their mission as a conservation organization. While the website provides detailed information on camp themes and age groups, it does not explicitly state ACA accreditation or staff-to-camper ratios. Background check information for staff is also not readily available on the provided camp page. The camp's strong emphasis on nature and wildlife education is a clear strength, aligning with the sanctuary's overall mission.
